The singer has even moved to bigger things scheduling concerts in 2023 at high-capacity stadiums, including London Stadium, Paris La Defense, and GelreDome in the Netherlands.

Burna Boy’s Love, Damini tour has visited many countries of the world but not Nigeria. His Nigerian fans have been hoping Burna Boy will return home clamoring for a concert in its commercial capital of Lagos. Say no more, as Burna Boy has announced the homecoming edition of his Love, Damini tour dubbed Lagos Loves Damini. The announcement was made via his Twitter handle where he posted the official flyer alongside a caption that reads: “Couldn’t let you start the year any other way!… see you 2023 #lagoslovesdamini onaspaceship.com.”

The concert will take place on the 1st day of January 2023 at Eko Energy City in Victoria Island, Lagos. It’ll serve as Burna Boy’s 2023 tour starter and will be followed by several stops in various cities including the feat-reaching tour at London Stadium in London, La Defense in Paris, and GelreDome in Arnhem. The concert promises to be fun and a better edition of his previous concerts in Lagos as Burna is bringing his global energy back home.

Burna Boy’s concerts have received the best of reviews this year, he’s been acclaimed as one of the top performers in the world. Alongside Afrobeats artists like Wzkid, Davido, Rema, CKay, and Tems, Burna Boy has taken Afrobeats to bigger heights, especially in 2023; which is obviously one of the most successful years in Afrobeats history.
