From GRAMMY award winner to Bachelor of Health Administration, Megan Thee Stallion just graduated from Texas Southern University.
Born Megan Pete, the rapper from Houston, Texas, has achieved huge music success since her solo debut in 2016. But, between achieving Billboard Top 10 singles and releasing collaborations with some of the world’s most successful female stars like Cardi B and Doja Cat, Megan Thee Stallion has been working towards her Bachelor’s Degree.
Until recently, Megan Thee Stallion has been juggling her studies with the demanding lifestyle of a fast-rising rap star. But, on Saturday 11th December, the ‘Savage’ rapper attended her college graduation ceremony to collect her diploma in Health Administration. The graduation marks the end of her studies.

On Saturday, Megan took to Instagram to share the good news with her followers, writing, “Meg Thee Graduate. I know my parents are looking down on me so proud. Thank you everyone for all the love today.”
Previously, the successful artist told People that it was her late mother who inspired her to attend university and achieve her degree, “I want my big mama to be proud. She saw me going to school before she passed.” She continued, “I’m doing it for me, but I’m also doing it for the women in my family who made me who I am today.”
In addition to her degree, earlier this year, Megan also launched ‘Thee Megan Fund’. The fund provides scholarships to Texas Southern University students experiencing financial hardship.
