The Forgotten List Continued…

Upon releasing our 6th edition of “The Forgotten List”, we would like to say thank you our readers, supporters, and to the professionals that allowed Gen B to feature them in our publication.

We do not believe there can possible be any ‘List’ of talent that does not include communities such as Black, African American, LGBTQ+, disABILITY, 50+, Religion and many others and therefore we will be highlighting talent across many communities over the next 2 days. Media and Advertising is a fantastic industry that IS making strives to become more diverse and welcoming to everyone – We believe this should be highlighted at any opportunity by Community and INDUSTRY press.

We also do not call any collection of talent ‘Top’ talent as we believe this is ‘impossible’ to say – therefore these lists will highlight many but certainly not even scratch the surface… This is NOT an extensive list but we hope it gives a window into the many impressive people that make up our industry.

Paul Evans

Paul Evans is a driven, passionate commercial leader with the mindset to develop sustainable growth, strong business strategy, development and marketing capabilities within B2C, B2B, ad tech, and the media industry. Paul has 20+ years of senior international B2C marketing and media specialist roles at businesses including Vodafone, Emirates, Nike, Xbox, Kimberly-Clark and AB-InBev. His tenacity, ambition, logical, data-driven and rigorous managment skills have got him recoginized in the industry, leading to being awarded by MMA China, Cannes Lions, Festival of Media, Media Week, Thinkbox and Revolution Magazine as “Digital Marketer of the Year”.

Gerardo Jimenez-

Gerardo Jimenez is a self-motivated leader, with proven ability to deliver game-changing integrated projects across a diverse portfolio of clients. He is acknowledged for successfully managing multiple teams on tight deadlines and producing positive business results by discovering new opportunities for growth. Gerardo thrives on tackling challenges and working within dynamic environments. When Gerardo was Senior Project Manager and Consultant at Brand Advance Group, Gerardo was a great asset to this company. He implemented new strategies for more scalable engagement with key partners and clients as well as created new work streams aimed to increase operational efficiencies within the company all around.

Komal Tariq-

publisher team lead at Brand Advance and is a highly skilled in programmatic and Social advertising. Komal strong work ethic and positive attitude makes her a great leader at Brand Advance.

Katie Farhat-

The senior director of corporate responsibility and strategy at PVH Corp. Farhat has been in the industry marketing for nearly 2 decades. She is driven philanthropist and has bridged the gap between many corporations and nonprofits.

Wayne Elliot-

WW74, for the past almost 9 years he has been the Founder/ Managing Partner here and would describe his self as “an excellent communicator who leads by example and who is able to effectively negotiate with all levels of personnel in a variety of different industry sectors”. He has previously done work with Adoreum and Sala Group holdings. In his work experience it has included but not limited to the recruitment and management of business development, account management, marketing & administration teams.

Melanie Lawson-

Dunnhumby, here she holds the title of Senior Media Planner supporting the needs of clients with strategic planning and solutions to with retailer growth and while building brand value and loyalty. She is the creator of the bespoke Four-Step Text Coaching Model, supporting wellbeing in the workplace. Melanie has 20 years of experience and counting in leadership, coaching and training provision, team management and public speaking.

Priyank Doctor-

Brand Advance, Onboarding Publisher Manager his ethos are put to use with Brand Advance by adding premium diversified web inventory for brands like Apple, Google, PMI, Nike and also in marketing automation to build more partners and connect media owners. With his experience he is able to acclaim working with countries like USA, Europe, and ASIA all while being able to managed and generate $100k in revenue withing the starting phase of his career & some top accomplished work he has installed and campaigns for example Star Wars, Candy Crush, 8 ball pool, Amazon, Flipkart, Livibank and worked with agencies like Applift, Inmobi, Mobups.

Susan Pallett-

Horizon, Currently managing director/ Sales consultant with over eighteen years Out of Home Advertising Sales experience. With prior experience in Out of Home Advertising, she has worked with companies such as 20th Century Fox Television, Little Brown Publishing Company, Fiction Records and Hicklin Slade & Partners Creative Agency.

Mehdi Khaldoun-

Khaldoun started in Brand Advance as a Publisher Accounts Manager. His role has been crucial for the smooth delivery of the campaigns on the Brand Advance SSP. Being the main POC for the BA network of publishers, one of the core responsibilities included ensuring inventory availability for the correct segments as well as dealing and troubleshooting any issues our publishers or campaigns may be facing. Mehdi has now moved on to become BA’s Partnerships Manager where he is in charge of building and maintaining partnerships with brands and publishers and take strategic steps to help monetize and develop the business while making sure our partners’ goals are at heart.
