Nigerian singer and songwriter, Adekunle Kosoko, popularly known as Adekunle Gold, has finally unveiled the long-awaited music video for the soothing tune ‘One Woman‘ which features American singer, Ty Dolla $ign. ‘One Woman‘ touches on experiences in Adekunle Gold’s life and his belief about one woman being enough. “I be one woman type of man o, shamelessly lover man,” the singer chants in Nigerian Pidgin English, maintaining his stance about being a lover boy, supported by Ty Dolla $ign who also eulogized his love interest, initiating his verse with these words, “she 100 she the truth aye, and I’m a W like Wu.” Adekunle Gold starts off the song with his soothing vocals on his first verse and hook, then Ty Dolla $ign adds a continuation with his sublime melodies, complimenting the flow of the first verse.
The song is produced by Nigerian beatmaker, Blaise Beatz, and portrays loyalty, love, faithfulness, happiness, transparency, contentment, and accountability. It is the fourth single off Adekunle Gold’s fourth studio album ‘Catch Me If You Can‘ which was released back in February.
