Nigerian international superstar, Ayo Balogun popularly known as Wizkid, has announced that he will be returning to Lagos for the second edition of his Vibes on The Beach Concert in Lagos, Nigeria.
The concert will serve as a follow-up to the 2021 edition which took place at Landmark Beach in Lagos, Nigeria. Just as he announced, this year’s edition will be held at the La Campagne Tropicana beach at Oniru, Lagos on the 30th of December.
The singer-songwriter who is set to attempt the prestigious Madison Square Garden in New York City on the 16th of November for the first time is set to return to his country of birth, Nigeria to take on the Detty December proceedings in a series of headline performances, and will be rounding up his December schedule with Vibes on the Beach at La Campagne Tropicana beach, Oniru.
Wizkid is set and ready to premiere his 5th studio album tagged More Love Less Go anytime soon, he previously gave us a sneak peek into the project with the P2J-produced Bad To Me. Although met with mixed reviews from fans and critics, one can be sure to expect a smooth delivery from the Starboy Entertainment frontier on the forthcoming album.
The upcoming Vibes on The Beach concert in Lagos will be an amazing way to round up what one could consider a successful year for Wizkid. After touring different arenas and cities including 02 Arena in London, and Accor Arena in Paris, courtesy of his Made In Lagos tour, Wizkid is set to return home and it ends on a beach.
