Casamigos for my amigos!Wizkid gives a first look into his fifth studio album with a sizzling music video of his amapiano-infused track, Bad To Me.

Wizkid has been on a hiatus since the release of the deluxe edition of his fourth studio album ‘Made in Lagos‘ back in 2020. On his return, the Nigerian international superstar announces his fifth studio album tagged ‘More Love Less Ego‘ with the release of his first official single for the year, Bad To Me.

Wizkid has also unveiled the official music video for the track. The video for ‘Bad To Me‘ is quite colourful, it features scenes of a glamorous Wizkid on what appears to be the set of a TV Show. Surrounded by beautiful vixens and energetic dancers, Wizkid takes the stage on the show to perform the song as he trills the audience.

Wizkid also previewed a never-been-heard single at the end of the music video which is obviously one of the tracks from the forthcoming ‘More Love Less Ego‘ LP. Initially, the album was scheduled for October 29 but Wizkid has a history of uncertain release dates so you can’t be so sure till it’s out.

Bad To Me is produced by Wizkid’s frequent collaborator, the Nigerian-British beatsmith, Richard Olowaranti Mbu Isong popularly known as P2J. The amapiano-infused track is a feel-good tune which dwells on the topic of intimacy, love, carefreeness and enjoyment. The track is equipped with quotable lyrics such as: “Lose my way oh, this kind, this kind love yeah, wey dey make me want more whoa, come my way oh, this kind, this kind love yeah, I dey want for the night, make I know how you feel, how you want am.”

The video was directed by high-profile video director, Nabil whose video credits cuts across the likes of Kanye West, Dua Lipa, Travis Scott, Frank Ocean, John Legend and many others.
