Last night at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, the 2022 edition of the Billboard Music Awards was held to celebrate music’s most chart-topping artists. It was a festival of glitz and glamour as top celebrities from different angles of the world were in attendance.

Slated to perform at the Diddy-hosted award show were Travis Scott, Megan Thee Stallion, Luna, Becky G, AleXa, Mary J. Blige, Dan and Shay, Florence and the Machine, Elle King, Miranda Lambert, Latto, Machine Gun Kelly, Maxwell, Ed Sheeran, Silk Sonic, Morgan Wallen, and of course, Burna Boy.

Out of the bundle of amazing highlights from the award show, including Olivia Rodrigo leading the night with 7 awards, Drake adding 5 more awards to his highly decorated BBMAs collection, Kanye West leading the gospel category claiming a total of 6 awards, Burna Boy’s stellar closing performance is definitely not an exception.
