A full-length posthumous Juice WRLD album titled ‘Fighting Demons’ will be released on December 10th. The album comes two years after the late rapper’s untimely death and will discuss themes of anxiety, addiction and mental health. Single ‘Already Dead’ marks the first release from the upcoming record.

The album’s announcement came in the form of a YouTube trailer featuring archival footage of Juice WRLD and the opening message, “You are not your struggles. Addiction, anxiety, depression do not define you.”

During the trailer, Juice WRLD – born Jarad Anthony Higgins – can be heard saying, “If you feel like you have anxiety or depression, they’re gonna look at you like you’re crazy. That’s not how it should be, but that’s how it is, and that needs to change.”

Tragically, the young star died of an accidental drug overdose in 2019 at the age of 21. ‘Fighting Demons’ will be the second posthumous project from the rapper and follows the 2020 release, ‘Legends Never Die’.

An HBO Max documentary entitled ‘Juice WRLD: Into The Abyss’ is also set to air on December 16th. The film will feature unseen footage, unreleased music and offer fans an inside look into the artist’s rise to fame.
