Last night marked the 8th edition of the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) and it was a festival of colours, glitz, and absolute enchantment. Held at the Eko Convention Centre in Lagos, Nigeria, the event was graced by celebrities and TV royalties across the continent of Africa.
The Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) is an annual accolade presented by MultiChoice Group, a South African company, recognizing outstanding achievements in television and film in Sub-Saharan Africa.
The likes of Osas Ighodaro, Ramsey Nouah, Funke Akindele, and Mr Funny (aka Sabinus) all got awarded for their tremendous contribution to the success of the African entertainment space in the past year.
